『Vampire Hunters』は爆発的な人気を呼んだ『Vampire Survivors』にインスパイアされたゲームとなっており、経験値を集めて武器のレベルを上げ火力を伸ばして、押し寄せてくる大量の敵を倒すゲームとなっています。
武器のレベルを上げると武器が増えていき、画面を武器が埋め尽くしていく。
『Vampire Survivors』との大きな差は、本作はFPS視点の為 自分でAIMを合わせて敵を倒していく必要があるので多少のAIMが必要な事が挙げられます。
